Sadly there are companies in this industry that will not allow one error and it sticks in their minds even after years of good service. I attempt to always double check and verify any data etc that I submit to decrease the odds plus have a team of industry friends I run things past to catch any problems I over looked. In the end - if I have made a mistake then I owe up to it since attempting to lie about it then getting caught to me is much worse than admission.
