And TheDA is correct we don't retouch at all - its part of the ethos of the site to show the models exactly as they are  Plus we shoot around 1500 - 2000 images a day and just physically couldn't retouch everything!!

She's very nice and the images are good.
Here's some advice.
Shoot less and concentrate on getting each image better.
For this end of the market the shooter is making some basic mistakes. Cropping, posing and clutter in the back ground distracting from the impact of the girl.
I also see only portrait images. With most screens being wider than height the shooter should be shooting a lot of the shots in landscape mode. It's a common mistake I see on lots of sites.
Also experiment with more back light, it will lift the model off the image more and good for digital. Also high lighting ares on the model is a good way to emphasise her better.
Trying to shoot upper end content takes time. Most experienced shooters in that field would shoot 150 poses per set and 2 sets a day. Back in the days of film we would shoot each pose 3 times to make 3-4 sets. No need to do that today with digital.
So slow down and take your time.
