But first, Iraq needs to pay back the US for everything we've spent there. This should include the original incident in 1991, when the US was called on to remove Iraqi forces from Kuwait. Iraq needs to pay the US for all of the money we spent on salaries for every serviceman and woman who served in that battle, plus all benefits paid out those wounded and to the families who lost loved ones. Then they can replace us for the ammunition we used, wear and tear on the equipment, cost of fuel to transport everything to the area plus the fuel spent during the battle, etc etc etc.

Then, we can do it all over again for the second battle.
