I know the lawyers have the ability.
But here is the real deal :
Plenty of sponsors that got their content ripped wanted to wait and see
how it was going to turn out. They were trying to measure the type in traffic
from the ripped content. They in fact do get type in traffic that probably converts
at a high rate because why type in if you don't want to join when it's already free on the
tube you are currently looking at. The type in wants more and faster updates of
that specific material.
The second sponsor problem is that some of them are so fucked up that they
fear filing claims because the disclosure of their activities may back fire.
Filing a suit against the tube owner who used to be an affiliate that got shaved
and found out will probably back fire.
