Ok lets break this problem down, shall we?

We know that a fresh mango contains 70% water by weight. Therefore 20 kg of fresh mangos contain 14 kg of water and 6 kg
of mango "solids".

We also know that dried mangoes contain 10% water by weight. If we have 6kg of mango "solids" that means that in a dried mango there are .6kg of water.

Thus the total weight of the dried mangos is 6.6kg.
