No. The original statement said dried mango's contain 10% water by weight. Not that dried mangos contain 10% of the their original weight.

I think perhaps this thread offers an insite into the "shaving" issue. Perhaps there really is no such thing as shaving, but rather 95% of the people in this industry suck at math.
