I have no horse in this race, but I can definitely attest to the serious lack of customer service during the transition period that ultimately led me to giving up on SubmitPasses. To his credit, Mark did send me a refund. But it was nevertheless an experience in frustration and am more than happy with my experiences with Rebel Ads thus far.
Best of luck to both companies -- sometimes these partings are for the best.
