For what it's worth, after reading this now aging thread -- and reading between the lines, thank you for taking the time to patiently and thoroughly explain the details of what happened so others out there can be informed and make their own decisions. I disagree with other posts trying to spin this into being positive advertising for the company. Quite the contrary.,,
