Uh... ask CCBill, Epoch, WTS, SegPay, etc. etc. why they're holding back moneys. Ask VISA and MasterCard. We're not holding back, the processor is. We don't pay what we don't have, you get paid when they pay out...

It's not "some type 'escrow account'". Any third-party processor (such as CCBill etc.) holds back a percentage against what THEY "allude to as protection from future chargebacks".

And most of us who use these services appreciate and understand these actions, because, regardless of credit-card company policies such as the 1% rule, charge-backs hurt our businesses in the short AND long term...
