what does that mean? I'd say 2 would be 'almost no cases', but still, it's a 1:50 chance.
Using the same analysis, what would 100 random, non-smoking people in Iceland show up after studying them for 22 years?
I'd hazard a guess that it's "almost no cases of cancer or diabetes"
