Steve you are omitting important details. You re-directed your traffic, not your domain. We did all of this for you as you asked, but you blew up at us again when we refused to promote your models.
Just because YOU say that you were not in violation of Terms of Service doesn't mean that you were not. You were in violation of our Terms of Service AND you were also in volation of CCBill's TOS which is located here:

In order to keep our good name with CCBill, we want to make sure that sites running our sub account are not breaking their TOS.
If you are going to argue your points please keep them accurate.
