my comments were generally speaking of course.
I made lots of mistakes way back in the day from jumping into stuff without knowing all of the details. Point is, you can't get mad at the company because you didn't understand the contract.
I also believe in giving people their money back if they are the slightest bit unhappy but you can't expect everyone to do that because the customer didn't know what he was getting himself into or it didn't work out the way he planed it.
