Way back in the day, before it was made illegal, it used to be prescribed with a glass of orange juice for marriage counseling sessions. As long as you aren't chronically using the drug, there really are no harmful side effects (granted the pills are pure MDA/MDMA).
The biggest thing that was killing people back in the day when this drug was more pronounced was people having heat strokes... People dancing and sweating their ass off in a hot ass club and not drinking enough water to compensate == heat stroke...

Indeed, in Britain, the main story everyone remembers is leah betts, god rest her soul. Her parents, a police officer and mother a nurse, filled her with water as she was over heating. She died shortly after... like filling cold water into a burning engine...
X is fun & can be enjoyed as long as short sips are taken and not over doseing on water. Ive heard of girls becoming ill or dieing from too much water on WS shoots.
