i will continue with my a)legal promotions b)under 1:500 ratios across the board (except on cams) and c)using far less resources and money to deliver the results.
the reality is a VERY SMALL percentage of people will pay for memberships if they can get daily 10 minute clips for free. duh.
an absolute truth in business-
If you want your customer to buy the hot dog, let him smell it or at most take a small nibble, but for fuckssakes don't let him eat it.
With tubes you let him take a big bite and he'll just keep on eating the free samples until he's had his hot dog's worth. Then the 10,000th person may decide he wants to pay for another hot dog.
It's lame and inefficient, but by all means continue with them tubes
