So forgive me if I am missing anything here but pretty much the core tenet of your advice to everyone is "give free limited passes/collect emails/direct campaign". Good advice; in fact, if you look at all the biggest players in the biz that is exactly what they are doing.

However, this is pretty much common knowledge and you can see where and why some folks like Peabody are averse to go in that direction. Can you exorcise more of the devil in the details? What would you say or do to prove to those folks or others interested in your services your way is the right way to go?

Not trying to corner you; just trying to give you a chance to show off skills a bit more.
