When somebody (surfer) reads "rough moms I would like to fuck" they obviously understand that its porn domain, though they expect to see rough sex. Otherwise why would there be that adjective. Again, let me repeat, the terms "rough women", "rough girls", "rough milfs" etc...., these are definitely not usual English terms used and not a term a surfer is going to be able to identify with. Describing a woman as "rough" is definitely not flattering, and assuming the surfer if going to infer that rough is referring to sex when its placed before the noun milfs is incorrect. Just out of curiosity, is English your first language?
