Its simple, where are the Wallet funds.

I can only draw one conclusion as to where the money is. This hurt a lot of people both personally and business wise and I know more than anyone else how many people counted on their ePassporte funds on a day to day basis. How can I support Chris in any way, fact is people not getting their money is his responsibility no matter how you spin it.
Anyone from ePassporte still associating themselves with him is just as responsible for what happened in my eyes.

i apologize for being incorrect about you getting your severence pay..glad you got it though and it was definitly well deserved...i never stated once that you werent a loyal and competent employee
maybe the money hasnt been released because its no longer there to be released...cant give out what you dont have....except for maybe the little "nest egg" you tucked away in case of emergency ;)
really i think we would all like to know 2 things :
why visa terminated thier relationship with epassporte...(not sure you would be able to answer that though but maybe you can offer your own personal opinon why??)
where the money is now ..if there is any? (know you cant answer that because you already asked the same questions yourself)
Bascially this whole ordeal is over..unless somone actually retains an attorney and takes mallick to court.
who knows maybe thats all it takes to get your money back..have a lawyer notify his lawyer a client intends to sue..and maybe they make an out of court offer to pay you what your owed as long as you sign a non-disclouse..wich is why all the "bros" are silent.

successfull internet guys tries to make it big in hollywood..gets strung along by movie exces about how his life story script is amazing..but they cant afford to use thier money to make movie..so internet guys uses his "monies in motion"to fund movie....bunch of movie industry people,actors,etc make alot of money..but..movie bombs...internet guys loses all his "monies in motion" and his cash cow for 2nd time....
Movie ending:
Panning out from kitchen table where you are eating lobster sandwich watching CNBC news segement on how online poker is huge right now..then more panning out to show mansion and nice cars and ..then audio clip of you on phone asking mystery man "hey so what do you think about setting up an online casino?"
