It's a form of expression when one lashes out whether it's a medical condition or not.
I get what he has and why the counselor is doing it. I don't agree putting him on Ritalin either.
What I'm saying is there is a place to do such drawings. If he can feel himself ready to freak out in class to pull out a paper and pencil then he has enough time to get up and go down to the nurse's office to have his freak out/drawing session where kids and teachers won't see stick figures of being told to die.
