You will be fine as long as you DO NOT TELL THE IMMIGRATION PEOPLE AT THE AIRPORT.
Tell them you're coming to Australia under the working holiday visa, if they ask if you have a job lined up already, say "not yet"
Don't bother getting into the details of your situation with them, just tell them you're planning on looking for work once you're here and they'll just assume you'd get a job at some pub or something.
There isn't anything technically wrong with working for yourself though, but if you try to go that route with immigration it can open up a whole world of annoying questions you don't want or need.
They might not even ask you anything though
