I had WP installed on an existing site. I got well into the set-up and suddenly got this error message below. Now I can't get to the admin.

Not Found
The requested URL /wp/wp-login.php was not found on this server.

Same thing happened when I tried to set-up WP on another existing site. I've set-up WP on 4-5 brand new sites with no content and there wasn't a problem. Is it because the DNS wants to redirect index.php to index.html?

If I need to do a second install, what should I do different?
