kinda of a misquote as he was explaining the banks position not his position, and i'm not sure he isn't partly correct.
Heres what i think happened , mallick was borrowing money to fund projects , not based on epass funds but of the potential for epass, the bank wanted a piece of the pie and decided to not fund him any further , or call in his loans, he simply didnt have enough to cover his loans and his only solution is to find a rich uncle ( the bank ) to partner with ..
