I got mine within a week. But obviously I usedd express. Everyone in PH knows the mail system is uber shitty and slow and in addition when it comes to things like creditcards they just steal it. Express mail is the only way to do these type of things. Sending a creditcard by regular mail to PH is just plain stupud. Use Fedex, UPS or DHL.
By the way I just received a Christmas card this week that was mailed on December 20. True story!
