Just let everyone else find the models and then steal what they shoot. Doesn't cost you anything and you can profit on that content until (if) they catch you and send you a proper take down notice. As long as you remove it when they send the notice, you've got nothing to worry about, just be sure to say it was user submitted.
Adapt or die.
