With the right program still rev share is amazing. However, I have learned my lesson and now all links out there are run through a script of mine that at any point I can switch to PPS if I see the avg $ per sale isn't doing above the pps amount.
To tackle your question though... If with 60-70 I can make sales and the ratio is decent for my traffic I'm for sure into it.
