Well, password managers are abundant if not a dime a dozen. In fact, you can just use Excel for that. Furthermore, keeping things in your email is a nightmare. That's like resigning yourself to the deluge.
When I was researching getting into this gig, I actually foresaw this problem so I prepared. Now, I'm using SugarCRM. It adds a layer of complexity, but it keeps things relatively neat. I was just wondering what everyone else is doing. Thanks.
