Right now, the public comment period has ended again, but you can always email
[email protected], you can post to their twitter account @ICANN and it's always a good idea to comment on blog posts, news articles etc about the .xxx tld.

you are a part of the adult industry and that you do not want the .xxx can already make a big difference.
