Mark Arnold aka Ed Powers once told me that he intentionally paid the girls higher rates realizing full well that it would completely jade her from working with others either completely, or at least long enough for him to enjoy a semi exclusive release with her... and during the heydey of his success that made him far more than what it cost him.
