Wow, 15 euros a month for a lowly Celeron D... obviously not new hardware, but still, amazing that such a low price could still cover rack space (that 1RU spot could house a much more expensive server), electricity (older CPUs tend to be less efficient at idle), cooling (ditto efficiency), bandwidth, etc.
Might set up a 10Mbps tor relay/exit server on one, if a dusty old fan seizes up and kills the box then it's no big deal.  |
They don't care about space as they just build a new DC when it's full. They just opened up their 4th DC a few months ago... 3 of which are owned and built by them on their land - impressive growth for 11yrs activity
And yeah sorry 3x1.5TB effective space
