from what i've learned its the IP that gets blacklisted. a few years ago i ordered a brand new dedicated server for a client to use a mail server. shortly after setting it up we found out that the IP had been previously used as a spam server so all the client's emails were being pushed directly to spam/junk. i ordered the IP changed and the problem was solved.
for emailing porn, what i usually do is use phplist with an smtp email thats on a shared hosting plan. if the smtp ip gets blacklisted, i move it to another one and continue. those accounts are so cheap and easy to set up. the shared host won't care unless you are mailing thousands of emails a day.
