Saved up my cash working from 17 onwards so I could buy my 1st home. Never rented an apartment ... Just right into my 1st house and put down $30k. ( on a $90k condo ) ...
Today I'm into my 5th house at 38. Much more than $90k, lol ..... over $750k for where I call home now.
