I am in the process of selling my villa in Thailand. I know a fillipino Realtor who is really down on her luck so I decided to help her by letting her try to sell my property.
A few weeks ago I noticed someone had completely removed 2 ceiling fans from the villa while I was away in Bangkok.
I confronted the realtor lady and she was really pissed saying how you can accuse of doing that etc.
This lady also moonlights as an interior designer for people.
Today I was invited for lunch at a new restaurant. Half way through my meal I noticed my 2 ceiling fans spinning away on the ceiling. I spoke to the owner about who did the interiors for the restaurant. It was the fillipino.
