hmm..i dont know about this one.
for one...on a long flight...you want the attendants to help out and play with babies when they can.
however if the baby was screaming and uncomfortable in the overhead locker..then ten seconds is too long.
they will let you know immediately if they dont like something
on the flip side...that mother should shut her pie hole..and go cook up some shrimp on the bbq
