I've decided to call it 2nd Tier Affiliates instead of affiliate managers. Also you'd make the same percentage on recurring memberships also.

Example: On a $99.95 (6 Month Membership)
$14.50 CCBill
$42.73 Affiliate
$21.37 2nd Tier Affiliate (you)
$21.37 Dragginladies
