So true. You can buy a frozen lasagna for like 5 bucks, but buy all the ingredients and it's easily double-triple that. Plus prep time is several times more making your own.

Sometimes I wonder, all the time you spend making/eating better foods... do you live that much longer? Or if I just microwaved crappy lasagna and prefab/fast food all the time would I save that much more time/money in my daily life than I would living longer eating healthy?

just something to think about.... especially when you see people who live really long and take care of themselves like shit. oh well, life goes on. lol
