They don't use their own DNS servers.

They claim legal legal jurisdiction in the Federal Courts of Southern Florida. I see nothing obvious like some address or reason to connect them with any other party. Interesting the tube sites they say they place talent on.

I am not particularly worried by this.
I have seen talent agencies like this come and go. Usually going broke and leaving the talent unpaid ... Bad for the industry's reputation as a whole IMHO.
