I'm pretty close to that as well.

2500sq. ft. home (2-story, which adds to the AC/Heating cost)

Electric = $150-$275, depending on the time of year
Water = $55-70


It is pertinent to note that I have all energy star appliances, double pane windows, 18" of blown insulation in the attic, and all door/window/vent seals are very tight.

I have the heater set to kick on if it drops below 67, and the a/c set to kick on if it goes above 75. Also, whenever the ambient temperature outside is within those two ranges, I totally shutdown the system and just open windows during the day for fresh air.
