not to sound entirely tinheadish, and i don't know very much about compression, but is it normal for a compressed video to add data?
if that was a helicopter that looks that way for being compressed, why is the 'white spraying stuff' seen to remain on the ground?
isn't that adding data to the clip, rather than 'compressing it'?
