You best talk to Justin then because me, as a person with average intelligence managed to interpret it much differently. Here's what I got from it: I'm not longer with NA, they didn't listen to me and it hurt them, they're not moving forward because they didn't listen to me, the ownership sucks, and if you want me to bring my suggestions to your company, contact me using this email address. I viewed it as him leaving because all of his suggestions fell on deaf ears and the company isn't heading in the right direction. But he's heading in the right direction and can be contacted at

The only problem is that Justin never mentioned 'big things in the works'. He mentioned how HE had big ideas for big things to put into the works but the ownership was too stubborn to listen to him.

You say it's a large company with a large number of employees (which I know because I've done a lot of business with NA in the past), but then you contradict yourself by saying that Justin's office spot was replaced by a plant. Is it at least the plant from 'The Little Shop of Horrors'? At least it had Angelina Jolie's lips.
