Go round up a bunch of homeless people and we can sign their name and SSN on the dotted lines for the registration paperwork. Then we can rent out their services to the foreigners that need US corporations with US officers.

The good news would be that none of the homeless people will likely be on the TMF list or associated with any other registrations. One homeless person for every porn site, that's the solution!
