Days later it's now finally coming out that exact thing was done (the downplaying) by the power company, and not only that, but they have a HUGE history of downplaying nuke plant issues

Key words being here IN JAPAN. What the fuck is the President of the United States supposed to do about a disaster in another country where he has no control? The fucking government of Japan has no idea what to do at this point.
