NYTimes pay wall goes up March 27th, thoughts?

Basically, they will charge $15/month for access. Apparently they will still have advertising. Clicking on "shared" links on twitter, facebook, etc. surfers can still read the articles. Coming from Google, you have a limit of 5 articles per day... otherwise a 20 article limit per day... it gets a touch confusing, and looks easy enough to get around if you are slightly ambitious and a little web savvy.
Will it work? What are your opinions otherwise?
I think $15 is high (WSJ is just $100/yr, NYT will be $195/yr). If it was under $10 I think you would get a better response. With fewer eyeballs on the page ad revenue would go down, but maybe not -- if the traffic is mostly comprised of people who subscribe, maybe it is a more valuable audience?
