I don't believe for a second that American judges are stupid. So it's only a matter of time. If you are involved in suing IP addresses, I'd make your money as quick as you can!

Nearly every week I see an American company naming more John Does in their piracy cases. So I assume as the UK tried it once and it failed, the US must be doing it better or their law is different.
Nice to see that you think UK and US legal systems are the same.
Now you can rest easy that you won't be getting a letter on your doorstep anytime soon.
