Has the domain actually been pawned? WHOIS is showing it was last updated nearly a month ago.

Also, what's with the 5% for a chicken? Are you talking like a roast chicken for dinner? So if you sell for $1m this person nets $50k for buying you dinner?

(And in the meantime gets $100 of your $2k/week...)
