Not cost effective for America to apologize, they have to pay the bills for their lies such as "missing" the bomb target they called successful that had all these underground tunnels. Forensics found no such occupancy/tunnels, dead bodies or nothing.
I bet the US plants WMD to justify this PR disaster.
Yeah, we helped Iraq but where is the love, still paying to much at the gas pumps.
