ClickCash has paid me every week, on time for 10 years. Since they were a PPS company that paid a lot of money on FREE joins, over the years some people had their accounts disabled if their traffic did not perform well. Now that they offer revhsare and PPS that would not be an issue. Just like any other program if you traffic doesn't do well and doesn't covert enough for the PPS program, you could be switched to the % program.
If you claiming that you were canned for no reason, post you information here and I will be glad to pass it along to them and have them look into the reason why you were term'ed.

And I can pull up plenty of posts where Affiliate accounts got canned, for many many various reason but the best one being, that sales didn't convert or some crap - even though they promoted them for years and paid. You can google: site:gfy.com clickcash will76 and get pages of results.
And yes, that's screwing an Industry over when so many of us used them... and sorry, I don't remember the account numbers to shady programs that screwed me over.
