It also seems to be geared towards people who either are at a good weight and want to tone up or are at most 20-30 pounds over weight. I don't think this is for people who have a lot of weight to lose. You have to already be in decent shape or you will never make it past the first day.

I'm doing part of it right now. I do the ab-ripper twice a week. It works pretty good and I've seen some results. The diet is pretty standard from what I've looked at.
If you are really trying to get cut or lose weight, you should join anabolicminds.com. The site is great and full of helpful and knowledgeable people. It's the complete opposite of this place
