EPGBill has complaints.... and so does every single IPSP out there.... because there are merchants that get through bad transactions, and they come up in the IPSP's name.
The only difference is that most IPSP's hire someone to push those complaint links down out of the first few pages of search results.
I've known the guys at EPGBill since they started, and they are very good guys.
