Somehow, people born in the same geographical area (such as Japan) all have similar looks of that ethnicity. They must have had the same Japanese ancestors from long time ago or something. Although, some Japanese people are scattered throughout different countries. The radiation is lethal. It radiates through people of any ethnicity.
