I forgot how much knee-lifts get your lower abs working. Decided to do some yesterday and now I can't bend/move today
Everytime I do something they hurt
Any suggestion on what I can do to relieve the muscles better? I've got some Rub a535 or whatever it's called but that didn't really help.
Might have a soak in the tub or something if I can get in there lol.
Want to try and get them recovered quick so I can do some more and get that xmas layer of fat off
