They are on the ground. Boots on the ground.. Obama said, "Let me be clear. no boots on the ground" The MSM is skating around the fact that they are. Just like when they say we're leaving Iraq and Afghanistan only there will be tens of thousands of gun toting "peace keepers" still there.
